E&CO는 2019년 4월 16일 현대중공업으로부터 고압엔진인 ME-GI-Test Bed E.P.C 계약을 수주하는데 성공했다. 이번 계약을 통해 E&CO는 현대중공업의 가스관련 설계/현장시공 메인업체로 등록을 완료하였다. 본 계약은 설계부터 시운전까지 전체 Turn-key Base로 진행되며, 2017년 6월 설립된 E&CO의 첫번째 대형 조선소와의 E.P.C 계약으로, 초저온 및 연료공급시스템 엔지니어링 능력과 제작 설치 인허가 등 E&CO가 가진 종합적인 능력과 노하우를 보여줄 수 있는 좋은 기회가 될 것으로 예상된다.
On April 16th 2019, E&CO awarded the turn-key base E.P.C. contract of ME-GI (High Pressure Engine) Test Bed from Hyundai Heavy Industries(HHI). E&CO has completed the registration as the main vendor for the design and construction of gas/cryogenic facility in Hyundai Heavy Industries. As a turn-key based contract will proceeding and managing this project from basic engineering to commissioning. For the company which established on June of 2017, it is the first E.P.C. contract with major shipyard and expected to be a good opportunity to show E&CO’s know-how including engineering and managing capability of FGSS (Fuel Gas Supply System) & Cryogenic Facilities, production & installation, licensing and so on.
