2021년 3월 30일, E&CO, 한국해사기술 (KOMAC), 래티스 테크놀로지 (LATTICE), 로이드선급 (LR) 간 CO2 / NH3 / LPG Multi Cargo Carrier 의 공동개발 프로젝트 (JDP) 진행에 대한 업무협약 (MOU)를 체결하였다. 금번 협약은 점차 강화되는 환경규제에 따라, 친환경 연료를 동시에 운송하는 Multi Cargo Carrier 를 개발하는데 목적이 있으며, E&CO는 Carrier 의 추진을 위한 LPG 연료공급 시스템 개발을 진행한다. 금번 협약을 통해 각 사가 가진 노하우를 활용하여 Multi Cargo Carrier를 개발, 시장을 선도해 나갈 것이라 자신한다.
On March 30, 2021, E&CO Signed MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) with KOMAC, LATTICE Technology and Lloyd's Register (LR) for JDP (Joint Development Project) of CO2 / NH3 / LPG Multi Cargo Carrier. This agreement aims to develop Multi Cargo Carrier for transports eco-friendly fuels simultaneously, under increasing environmental regulations. E&CO will develop LPG fuel supply system in Carrier. Through this agreement, they (members of the agreement) are confident that they will develop Multi Cargo Carrier using know-how of each company and lead the market.
