[INAMARINE 2025] Exhibition on ISO Tank Container and Lashing Bridge

E&CO LTD. participated in the INAMARINE 2025 exhibition held from July 29 to 31, 2025, at JI Expo Kemayoran in Jakarta, Indonesia. As Indonesia's largest offshore and marine industry exhibition, INAMARINE 2025 attracted over 500 companies from around the world. E&CO LTD. operated its own booth and showcased two of its most competitive products.

E&CO’s ISO Tank Container is designed to transport cryogenic liquefied gases—including LNG—stored in an inner vessel. Built to international ISO standards, it is compatible with various modes of transport such as rail, sea, and road, enabling cross-border transportation and transshipment. Engineered for extreme cryogenic conditions, it offers stable performance and is optimized for global liquid cargo logistics. Particularly, its double-wall structure incorporates a high-vacuum insulation layer between the inner and outer tanks, minimizing external heat inflow and gas loss. This ensures safe, long-term storage of cryogenic liquids such as LNG, LN₂, and LHe.

The Lashing Bridge is an advanced multi-functional structure that builds upon the traditional container support frame by integrating a fueling control and flow monitoring system. It is designed to dramatically improve the efficiency of cryogenic gas transport and fueling operations. Specifically, it enables simultaneous bulk filling of ISO tank containers mounted on upper decks, significantly increasing terminal productivity and operational flexibility. E&CO applied a multi-stage piping system (differentiated application 1-stage, 2-stage, and 3-stage diameters) to minimize flow loss depending on the filling position (top/bottom), thus shortening fueling time.

Looking ahead to a carbon-neutral future, E&CO plans to expand its supply of ISO Tank Containers for stable and safe delivery of LNG and other low- and zero-carbon energy sources, alongside its existing REGAS modules and LNG Fuel Gas Supply Systems (FGSS). The company also aims to deploy its Lashing Bridge system for small to large vessels both domestically and internationally, ultimately offering a Total Solution that includes LNG ISO tank containers, multi-filling lashing bridges, LNG Fuel Gas Supply Systems (FGSS), and cryogenic infrastructure.

주식회사 이앤코는 2025년 7월 29일부터 31일까지 3일 간 인도네시아 자카르타 JI Expo Kemayoran에서 개최된 INAMARINE 2025 전시회에 참여했다. 전세계 500개 이상의 기업이 참여한 인도네시아 최대 규모의 해양플랜트 전시회에 이앤코도 부스를 운영하여 경쟁력 있는 두 가지 제품을 전시할 기회를 가지게 됐다.

이앤코의 ISO Tank Container는 LNG를 포함한 초저온 액화가스를 내부 용기에 저장한 상태로, 철도, 선박, 차량 등 다양한 운송 수단을 통해 국경 간 운송 및 적하역이 가능하도록 제작된 ISO 국제 표준 규격의 탱크 컨테이너로서 극저온 조건에서도 안정적인 운송이 가능하며, 글로벌 액체 화물 물류 시스템에 최적화 돼있다. 특히, 이중 구조 설계를 통해 내·외부 탱크 사이에 고진공 단열층을 형성하여 외부 열유입을 최소화 및 Gas 손실을 방지하였으며 LNG, LN₂, LHe 등 초저온 액화가스를 장시간 보존 가능한 제품이다.

Lashing Bridge는 컨테이너의 지지를 목적으로 설치되는 기존의 Lashing Bridge에 충전제어 및 유량 모니터링 시스템을 구축하여, 단순한 지지구조물에서 나아가 액화가스 운송 및 충전 효율성을 극대화한 복합기능 구조물로서, 상부에 적재된 ISO Tank Container로 동시에 대량 충전 작업을 지원하도록 설계되어, 터미널 운영의 생산성과 유연성을 대폭 향상 시킬 수 있는 제품이다. 이앤코는 다단 배관 관경 시스템 (1단, 2단, 3단으로 배관의 직경을 차등 적용)을 적용하여 충전위치 (상/하)에 따라 유량 손실을 최소화 하고 충전시간을 단축하도록 설계했다.

이앤코는 향후 탄소중립시대를 대비하여 보유하고 있는 REGAS 모듈, LNG 연료공급시스템과 더불어 LNG를 포함한 저·무탄소 에너지원을 안정적으로 수송 및 공급할 수 있는 ISO Tank Container를 공급하여 지속가능한 에너지 생태계 구축 가능성을 기대하고 있으며, Lashing Bridge를 국내외 중·소형 선박 및 대형선박에 적용하여 LNG ISO Tank Container 및 멀티 충전 Lashing Bridge를 포함한 LNG 연료공급시스템 및 초저온 설비 전체를 공급하는 Total Solution을 제공하는 것을 목표로 하고있다.
